I host accountability groups that not only involve adding health and fitness to our daily routines, but most importantly, also building a relationship with Christ through daily devotion and/or prayer. In doing this, the goal will be to improve our health mentally and physically by building endurance, strengthening our faith and bodies.

Good Habit
So I've never really been one to read the Bible in my free time. Always have known that we should, but where do you start? How do you understand what you are reading? Well, devotionals are nice. They usually give you a little bit of scripture with some kind of story to go along with it to explain it in a way. I've also heard to start in Psalms or Proverbs. My fiance and I have been reading the Love Dare Day to Day book together, which is a year's worth of daily devotions for couples. We decided maybe we should read a little more together because you can't really get into the Word unless you read it. You also can't tell others about it when they have questions such as, "Is drinking alcohol a sin?" We started reading Psalms at night after our devotion. Hopefully we are taking what we read with us so we can share it with others and develop a closer relationship with God.
