I host accountability groups that not only involve adding health and fitness to our daily routines, but most importantly, also building a relationship with Christ through daily devotion and/or prayer.
In doing this, the goal will be to improve our health mentally and physically by building endurance, strengthening our faith and bodies.

Day 11: A Grace Place
Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need. (HEBREWS 4:16)

I just want to share I may not be exercising as much as I would like but today I Had trouble keeping my pants up. I have not lost weight but by God's grace I feel better about myself.
